We are people from every walk of life united in a common purpose to make our country a place where individuals are free to pursue their goals and dreams in peace.

We believe that the God-given right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” is available to all persons and that the government’s sole purpose is to secure these rights.
We Need You in the Party
When government strays from its limited role of protecting and securing individual liberty, it then becomes the duty of the people to restrain and replace such governments.
Our Core Beliefs
Mission
The mission of the Constitution Party is to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity through the election, at all levels of government, of Constitution Party candidates who will uphold the principles of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, and the Bill of Rights. It is our goal to limit the federal government to its delegated, enumerated, Constitutional functions.
